Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pedagogical Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating and supporting children and adolescents with disabilities in daycare and school settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Motivation and Support: Provide individualized support and motivation to children and adolescents with disabilities, promoting their participation and inclusion in daycare and school settings.
• Participation Goals: Develop and implement participation goals in collaboration with multi-professional teams, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
• Integration and Collaboration: Assist with integration into group or classroom settings, working closely with parents and collaborating with multi-professional teams to ensure seamless transitions.
• Qualifications: Completed pedagogical studies (B.A. or M.A.) or a completed pedagogical training, with a strong interest and experience in working with children and adolescents.
• Essential Skills: Openness in working with individuals with disabilities, empathy, strong communication skills, reliability, and enjoyment in working with children and adolescents.
