About the Role

As a Shift Manager at McDonald's, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our restaurant. You will be responsible for leading shifts, managing crew members, and maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and manage crew members to ensure excellent customer service and quality food production.
  • Monitor performance and take action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards.
  • Manage inventory, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition and prepare for the next shift.
  • Meet targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
Requirements

We are looking for a positive team player with a flexible schedule who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.

You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
