Job Summary

The Sr. Business Intelligence Manager at HP Hood will lead the development and implementation of sales insights capabilities and tools, driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends and opportunities, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on emerging markets and competitive activity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, preferably in the CPG industry, with experience in working with large datasets and developing customer-level forecasts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic guidance on market trends and competitive activity
  • Developing customer-level forecasts and analyzing their implications on Sales initiatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to commercialize new product innovations
  • Tracking the success of innovation against KPIs and competitors

With a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to the continued success of HP Hood.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, with a Master's preferred
  • 5-7+ years of experience in CPG, preferably with a Food or Beverage manufacturer
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and MS Office Suite
  • A thorough understanding of syndicated and consumer panel data
