Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield is seeking an exceptional Client Care Specialist to join our BDC department. This exciting opportunity allows you to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for automobiles and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for managing internet leads, inbound phone calls, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of various automobile models by studying their characteristics, capabilities, and features.
  • Effectively manage internet inquiries through our dealership website and other online channels.
  • Arrange customer appointments for our sales department.
  • Follow up on customer leads and establish strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
  • Expand our internet sales business and grow our current customer base.

To succeed in this role, you must be self-motivated, performance-driven, and able to attend training sessions. A proven track record in sales, particularly in the automotive industry, is highly desirable.

A successful Client Care Specialist should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, and able to learn quickly. Strong computer and typing skills are also essential.
