Job Summary:

The SAP Program Director will lead the end-to-end implementation of multiple concurrent SAP projects, focusing on Warehouse Management (EWM) and Manufacturing (including SAP's Dairy Module by msg). This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project deliverables are met within scope, on time, and within budget, aligning the SAP solutions with the company's operational goals, and coaching/developing Hood's IT project managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full lifecycle of SAP implementation projects, from initial planning through to go-live and stabilization at four HP Hood Manufacturing sites.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the implementation strategy of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are executed according to project management best practices in accordance with HP Hood business parameters.
Requirements:
  • BS/BA in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP program management, with a focus on Warehouse Management (WM) and Manufacturing modules integrating with Financial/Procurement value chains.
  • Experience in the dairy or food manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of successful SAP project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
