Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, with a Master's preferred
  • 5-7+ years of experience in CPG, preferably with a Food or Beverage manufacturer
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and MS Office Suite
  • A thorough understanding of syndicated and consumer panel data

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Intelligence Manager to join our team at HP Hood. This role will focus on building and scaling our sales insights capabilities and tools, driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic guidance on market trends and competitive activity
  • Developing customer-level forecasts and analyzing their implications on Sales initiatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to commercialize new product innovations
  • Tracking the success of innovation against KPIs and competitors

With a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to the continued success of HP Hood.
