Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering and technical aspects of our projects to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will meet the project objectives.
- Ensure project compliance with all industry standards and regulations.
- Manage contracts and maintain strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee the delivery of construction materials and ensure their proper storage and distribution on site.
- Resolve any site issues swiftly to prevent project delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
- Provide technical advice to the project team and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software.
- Familiarity with construction and project management software (such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and Primavera).
- Exceptional contract management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Professional engineering (PE) license will be considered an advantage.
