Job Title: Project Manager

HPM Contracting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects in Anchorage, AK.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in construction management to oversee the successful execution of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring profitability.
  • Prepare and submit project reports and financial updates.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in construction management.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing commercial, civil, and/or federal construction projects.
  • Undergraduate degree in construction management, construction engineering, or a related field.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
  • USACE CQM certification a plus.
  • LEED certification a plus.
