About the Role:

As a Project Engineer II at Calista Corporation, you will be responsible for assisting the Construction Management Team with field project management in locations throughout Alaska and the Pacific Regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Construction Management Team with field project management.
  • Create and maintain project records and reports.
  • Assist the Construction Management Team with field project management.
  • Develop and implement project plans.
  • Manage project scope and schedule.
  • Prepare daily project reporting.
  • Coordinate meetings and take meeting notes.
  • Provide work inspection and logging.
  • Assist the Construction Team with job-related tasks.
  • Prepare correspondence as needed.
  • Assist the Project Manager with updates to the project schedule.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination among all project participants.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of construction-related computer applications.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
  • Ability to read and write technical documents and plans.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others.
  • Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems.
