Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing small to medium-sized projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate all aspects of small to medium-sized projects from award to completion.
- Collaborate with sales personnel to ensure project execution exceeds customer expectations.
- Effectively communicate project requirements to project teams and maintain accurate records of job status and progress.
- Build trust with existing customers by executing projects to successful completion.
- Partner with premier partners in various industries to deliver exceptional service and support.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of project management or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to business changes and influence others.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office.
