Sales Leadership Director

**Job Title:** Sales Leadership Director - Western Region
**Company Overview:** Natural Organics Inc, a leading company in the industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Director to lead our Western Region team.
**Salary:** The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
**Job Description:** As a Sales Leadership Director, you will be responsible for overseeing territory sales within the Western Region. Your primary goal will be to drive strategic initiatives for growth within the region and develop and motivate Territory Sales Representatives to achieve performance goals.
**Responsibilities:
- Educate, train, develop, and motivate Territory Sales Representatives to achieve performance goals
- Communicate and promote company core values and policies
- Consistently communicate territory success/challenges with the VP of Sales
- Identify and evaluate new market trends/opportunities within the Region
- Collaborate w/ Key Accounts in Region to improve penetration of NP brand
- Partner w/ Sales Administration to coordinate Sales Rep recruitment efforts
- Attend National Sales Meetings and Manager's Meetings
- Represent the company at industry events
- Perform other work-related duties and special projects as assigned
**Requirements:
- MUST BE LOCATED AND RESIDE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA OR COLORADO AREA
- Minimum 3-5 years of Sales Management experience
- Proven track record in leading a sales team to produce positive results
- Strong work ethic, passion for driving sales
- Ability to engage, inspire, and influence others
- Effective leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales presentation skills
- Results-driven, self-motivated
- Must be able to travel up to 75%
