Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, researching, qualifying, and transitioning new sales leads to our Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and research new business opportunities through outbound phone and email efforts
  • Qualify and transition new sales leads to our Account Executives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with financial institution decision-makers
  • Identify and develop new business prospects from company-provided prospect lists and individual research
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of banking experience preferred
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • High level of software and technical comprehension
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
