Key Responsibilities- Sell Trane Technologies climate solutions products to achieve a more sustainable world for all.
- Grow and maintain relationships with valued commercial customers by problem-solving their challenges.
- Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers in the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for our customers' buildings.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering (open to all engineering areas of emphasis).
- Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, ability to provide proof of insurance, and have no major or frequent traffic violations.
- Base Pay: $73,000
- Lodging, a daily stipend, and relocation are provided during the 5-month training.
- Compensation expectations after program completion are partially commission-based and industry-leading, creating an uncapped compensation opportunity.
