Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and competitive Sales Representative to meet or exceed sales and margin budget goals by obtaining new accounts while developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 25-35 sales presentations per week to guide clients through a prescribed sales presentation.
  • Log calls, update opportunities, and submit orders in a timely manner.
  • Make 50-75 outbound calls per week for follow-ups, client check-ins, and special projects.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with managers, reviews, and team sales meetings.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving quota.
  • Strong phone presence and experience.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and communication skills.
  • A successful candidate will also possess knowledge sourcing new sales opportunities and understanding customer needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years prior sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely while demonstrating active listening skills.
Work Environment

The duties of this position are performed in an office environment under temperature-controlled conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
