Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex data queries and reports to support quality and safety initiatives
  • Collect, extract, and aggregate data from various Sutter Health systems and repositories
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform quality and safety improvements
  • Design and deploy high-quality, accessible data visualizations and reports
  • Provide expert technical support and training to stakeholders on data analysis and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and develop data-driven solutions
  • Maintain existing report portfolios and make modifications as requested
  • Distribute defined reports and scorecards to stakeholders, meeting deadlines consistently

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Health Science, or related field
  • 2 years of recent relevant experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Preferred certifications: SQL, EPIC Clarity, or related fields

Working Conditions:

This position may regularly work with hazardous drugs, as identified by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH).
