Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve budget targets for overtime, turnover, and recruitment
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks with clients and address concerns promptly and efficiently
  • Develop and strengthen meaningful relationships with clients
  • Grow the FCS brand and business development
  • Promote positive morale and overall satisfaction of both employees and clients
  • Develop, implement, and promote processes and procedures to improve overall success of region
  • Hold regular meetings and communicate company expectations, updates, and recognizes success within Manager and Supervisor personnel
  • Utilize Win Team regularly to analyze reports for scheduling, turnover, invoicing and compliance

Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
