**Job Summary**

The Sales and Service Representative is a key role in our retail stores, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience. This role requires a strong customer service mindset, with the ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing timely and efficient service.

**Responsibilities**

• **Customer Service and Sales**: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• **Basic Vehicle Service Tasks**: Perform basic vehicle service tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.

• **Store Operations**: Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and display maintenance.

• **Growth and Career Development**: Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, with opportunities for career advancement.

**Requirements**

• **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required.

• **Experience**: Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.

• **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• **Certifications**: Ability to obtain necessary certifications and training for vehicle service tasks.
