Role Overview:

As a Construction Financial Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in driving financial excellence for our teammates, athletes, and shareholders. You'll work closely with the Construction Financial Analyst and Construction Project Managers to support all reporting related to construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial systems and review for input errors - contracts, change orders, purchase order tracking.
  • Process construction contracts, invoices, and related correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports including cost analysis and forecasts for the Construction team.
  • Support the collection process for Landlord and GC back charges.
  • Support Construction Project Managers with document control.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Exposure to a Capex-intensive environment a plus.
