Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at System One Holdings, LLC. As a key member of our design and innovation team, you will be responsible for designing and specifying structural steel for various structures and laying out insulation for ductwork and other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and specify structural steel for various structures
  • Lay out insulation for ductwork and other systems
  • Craft mechanical systems, including selecting and integrating electric motors, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, pulleys, gears, and sprockets
  • Guide drafters in modeling and drawing equipment designed by you, and meticulously review their final drawings
  • Generate comprehensive bills of materials and compile detailed written reports
  • Engage in hands-on training to master our company's standard assembly procedures
  • Coordinate activities within our in-house fabrication shop
  • Inspect components from vendors and finished systems to ensure QA/QC standards are met
  • Travel to on-site installations to oversee construction, commissioning, and startup troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)
  • Expertise in Autodesk AutoCAD and Inventor
  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
