Key Responsibilities

We are in search of a proactive and seasoned Strategic Human Resources Partner. This role will act as a vital collaborator with various divisions within the organization, offering expert advice and support across all facets of human resources management. A deep understanding of business functions and the capability to align HR strategies with the overarching goals of the organization are essential.

Primary Duties Include:

  • Collaborating with leadership to comprehend their objectives and hurdles, crafting HR strategies that facilitate the attainment of business aims.
  • Providing expert advice on a diverse array of HR matters, including employee relations, performance enhancement, talent cultivation, and organizational efficiency.
  • Working alongside the HR team to design and execute HR policies, programs, and initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Overseeing the performance management cycle, which encompasses goal establishment, performance assessments, and coaching leaders on strategies for performance enhancement.
  • Leading initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement, such as recognition programs, employee feedback surveys, and actionable planning.
  • Offering coaching and support to managers regarding employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to aid in hiring efforts, encompassing workforce planning, candidate sourcing, and selection processes.
  • Evaluating HR metrics and data to identify patterns and generate actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Staying informed about relevant employment legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance with all HR-related legal standards.
  • Acting as a catalyst for change, promoting organizational transformation initiatives and nurturing a culture of innovation and continuous enhancement.
  • Engaging with union representatives to address labor relations issues, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and fostering a constructive working relationship.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
  • A minimum of 5 years in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering or consulting roles.
  • Strong grasp of HR best practices and contemporary trends in HR management.
  • Proven experience collaborating with business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of establishing robust relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Proven capability to manage complex employee relations matters with discretion and sensitivity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
