CenterWell Senior Primary Care is a senior-focused clinic organization with multiple local clinics. Our culture emphasizes teamwork and fosters a positive, welcoming environment. As we expand our Primary Care Healthcare Service, we are looking to hire Float staff to assist with back-office needs across our clinics. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Clinic Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

The Medical Assistant will perform clinical tasks such as discussing symptoms, gathering and entering information into electronic medical records, taking vital signs, administering injections, conducting diagnostic tests, collecting specimens, drawing blood, sterilizing equipment, and maintaining examination rooms. This role involves close collaboration with physicians and nurses, delivering direct patient care in accordance with active certifications.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a 'back-office' patient care setting.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Less than 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Must be a team player with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Outlook.
  • Bilingual skills are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated pay range for this full-time position is between $37,800 and $52,100 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
