Job Title: IT Project Manager for Homeless Services

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year.

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at the New York City Department of Homeless Services (DHS). The successful candidate will oversee and guide the work of individual Project Managers responsible for the day-to-day oversight of DHS ITS projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining an overarching technical/application strategy that aligns with DHS business needs and ITS technical requirements.
  • Capturing business needs and translating them into application capabilities.
  • Implementing a DHS-side intake process for defining and scoping application concepts.

The ideal candidate will have three years of progressively more responsible experience using information technology in computer applications programming, systems programming, or data telecommunications. At least 18 months of this experience must have been in an administrative, managerial, or executive capacity.
