Vocational Case Manager Position

Project Renewal seeks a detail-oriented and empathetic Vocational Case Manager to provide case management services to our pre-employment clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working with special populations, including adults with histories of homelessness, substance use, criminal backgrounds, and/or serious mental illness.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Helping clients obtain documentation for employment, including valid I-9 documents, diplomas, licenses, credentials, and certificates.
  • Ensuring clients have a working phone number with a professional voicemail message and email address.
  • Monitoring weekly attendance and performance in our Pre-Employment Internship Program.
  • Collaborating with shelter staff to achieve employment goals.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in case management, vocational counseling, or workforce development serving special populations.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
Benefits

We offer a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
