Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Foundation Health Services.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the smooth operation of the practice and ensure quality patient experiences.
- Responsible for the daily workflow of the office, including direction, orientation, educational needs, performance reviews, and disciplinary functions.
- Assist in the resolution of operational and administrative issues and conflicts in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Cover front and/or back office functions, including administering medications as needed.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, providers, and other departments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma or equivalent working knowledge is required. Certain assignments may require current certification as a Medical Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or current LPN license.
This position requires flexibility in schedule and a level of knowledge and ability normally demonstrated by at least two years of experience in a physician's office or medical environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
An associate's degree is preferred. Experience working in a healthcare setting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a responsive and reliable work ethic are highly valued.
