Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at TDL Staffing, Inc. in Fairbanks. As a key member of our medical office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient records, and performing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and billing support to our medical team
- Greet and register patients, ensuring a positive and efficient experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts, including electronic health records and creating discs for patients
- Follow up with patients to ensure timely and effective care
- Network with other clinics and agencies to facilitate referrals and coordination
- Assist with marketing and event planning to promote our services
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office setting or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- High school graduate or equivalent with GED
- Background requirements will be viewed
- Drug-free workplace
What We Offer:
- Full-time hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Competitive pay starting at $20/hour, depending on experience
