Hilton Garden Inn is a dynamic and growing company, dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front Office Operations Manager to join our team.

Your Role

You will be responsible for managing the front office operations of our hotel, including supervising associates, managing budgets, and analyzing performance metrics. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front office operations, including guest services, reservations, and billing.
  • Supervise and support associates, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver excellent service.
  • Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in hotel front office operations or a related role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $62,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
