- Work closely with the central design team to implement large design initiatives.
- Manage photoshoots of new apartments, ensuring they meet Blueground's high standards.
- Drive down operational costs and improve processes while maintaining quality standards.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and external partners to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage city inventory, optimizing safety stocks and reporting furniture malfunctions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve guest experience services.
- Collect and analyze data to update operational metrics, achieve productivity targets, and reduce costs.
- Lead and manage a team of Operations Associates, providing onboarding and continuous feedback.
- 4+ years of progressive work experience in business operations or services, preferably in a start-up, SME, or large corporation.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Results-oriented go-getter with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Significant project management experience, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent in Google Suite and MS Office, with experience in inventory management systems a plus.
- Guest-centric mindset and team player with creative thinking.
- Experience in hospitality or real estate is considered a plus.
- Competitive salary ($82,500 - $92,000 Base Salary - Up to 15% performance bonus).
