We are seeking a skilled SIGINT Collection Management Specialist to join our team at Skaggs Consulting, Inc. The ideal candidate will have two years of operational expertise in SIGINT disciplines, including COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and PROFORMA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with SIGINT customers and collection managers on Information Needs (INs) for the National SIGINT Requirements Process
  • Route INs through validation and tasking onto the US SIGINT System
  • Provide expertise and training on NSRP to users
  • Review and process SIGINT INs
  • Support SIGINT evaluations and studies
  • Assist IC agencies and NSRP users with IN and NSRP expertise
  • Provide administrative support to SIGCOM-approved councils
  • Maintain cognizance of IN policies for validation across the Subcommittee
  • Support SIGCOM and Council activities

Requirements

  • Two years of operational expertise in SIGINT disciplines
  • Experience in developing and managing SIGINT INs and intelligence needs requirements
  • Familiarity with NIPF and SIGINT Information Needs structure
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration and information sharing
