Job Overview:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough account evaluations to enhance customer relationships.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients and executing Customer Care Visits.
  • Managing and updating the upgrade list for sales representatives.
  • Facilitating walkthroughs and overseeing new bids and RFPs.
  • Compiling service details, including service histories, average monthly volume reports, and relevant FDS information.
  • Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery, while reconciling receipts and invoices bi-weekly.
  • Gathering customer testimonials and managing online reviews.
  • Participating in weekly sales meetings as needed.
  • Assisting in the planning and coordination of local sales events, in collaboration with the Marketing Director.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience in the industry is preferred.
  • Experience in a sales support capacity is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and E-Automate is preferred.

Education & Certification:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and kneel occasionally.
  • Manual dexterity to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
  • Visual acuity to read printed and electronic documents.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and understand spoken language.
  • Occasional lifting of 10-30 pounds may be required.
