  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to procurement and supply chain activities.
  • Establish a supplier performance program and monitor supplier performance to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Generate and create regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance for management review.
  • Manage parts returns, warranty recovery, and core exchange tracking and reporting.
  • Participate in routine inventory and procurement audits to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a buyer or purchasing agent, with a demonstrated track record in procurement or supply chain management, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes, strategies, and best practices.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive favorable outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management and supplier relationship management.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices, including competitive bidding and price analysis.
  • Experience with inventory management systems, procurement software solutions, Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
