Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track critical parts to ensure timely delivery and minimize downtime
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and manage inventory levels
  • Develop and execute containment plans to minimize disruptions to production
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels in MGO and make adjustments as necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • One year or more of administrative experience preferred; five years or more of relevant experience strongly recommended
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment
