Role

The Regional Service Manager will be responsible for managing technicians and administrative staff. This role requires effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, and manage administration teams
  • Deliver company goals and metrics
  • Provide exceptional customer satisfaction
  • On-board dispatchers and ensure seamless integration
  • Evaluate and perform annual reviews with Operations Manager approval
  • Review company reports and share insights with the team
  • Communicate needs to field teams, including Dispatchers, ASM's, Operations Manager, and VP's
  • Escalate callbacks and ensure timely resolution
  • Promote Nex-Tech's image, appearance, and reputation
  • Manage customer relationships for assigned areas
  • Maintain and communicate weekly activity schedules
  • Ensure efficient and well-planned scheduling of all calls
  • Meet or exceed customer and company SLA requirements
  • Manage dispatchers and ensure adherence to company systems and procedures
  • Accountable for labor and material costs
  • Support ASM and technician development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Deliver high levels of customer service consistently
Qualifications
  • 5 years of field technical HVAC experience or equivalent business experience
  • HVAC management experience
  • Technical knowledge to provide value to technicians and customers
  • High level of urgency to resolve problems
  • High level of computer skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proven track record in prior roles
  • Level personality with a drive for success
  • Ability to focus on desired results
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
Physical Requirements
  • Able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
  • Able to sit at a computer for up to 8 hours
