Job Title: Senior Lecturer

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Lecturer to join our team at The University of Manchester. The successful candidate will be expected to make a significant contribution to our reputation for world-class research and to lead and develop expertise in key areas through both research and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels in the area of Human Resource Management and Employment Relations
  • Participate in the administrative activities of the Work and Equalities Institute (WEI)
  • Network with policy and practitioner communities to improve the impact of research
  • Contribute to the development of research and engagement activities in the HRM, Employment Relations and Law group
Requirements:
  • International reputation in research on topics and debates relevant to the themes of the Work and Equalities Institute
  • Teaching experience in HRM and Employment Relations
  • Strong networking skills and ability to engage with policy and practitioner communities

We particularly invite applications from candidates who would be interested in playing a critical role in the Work and Equalities Institute (WEI). The post is based within the HRM, Employment Relations and Law group of the People, Management and Organisations division (PMO).
