As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our HR processes and procedures align with our core values and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Facilitate an open-door policy and direct team member relations issues to the Administrator, Director of Nursing Services, Regional Director of Human Resources, and/or Regional Vice President.
  2. Conduct recruitment efforts for designated positions, including postings, advertisements, sourcing, scheduling interviews, and coordinating drug screens.
  3. Act as the subject matter expert on all HR, benefits, and payroll policies and procedures.
  4. Complete Forms I-9, verify I-9 documentation, and maintain I-9 files.
  5. Facilitate engaging onboarding processes, including pre-hire paperwork and new team member orientations.
  6. Process and maintain payroll records bi-weekly, including correcting missed punches prior to payroll.
  7. Process required documents through HRIS (UltiPro) to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
  8. Assist with the preparation of the performance review process.
  9. Ensure all team member personnel files are up-to-date and in accordance with regulatory standards.
  10. Ensure various human resource policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to.
  11. Coordinate new, exit, pulse, and annual team member surveys.
  12. Lead the center Make Your Mark Committee to improve retention and engagement.
  13. Center liaison to Loss Prevention with workers' compensation injury process.
  14. Administer and coordinate documentation for all leaves of absence, including FMLA and associated documents.
  15. Forecast open positions by being fluent with Workforce Management reports.
  16. Ensure all up-to-date legal postings are placed in a designated area within established timeframes.
Qualifications:
  1. A bachelor's degree and/or one to three years of direct human resources experience.
  2. 1-3 years of recruiting, onboarding, and applicant tracking system experience.
  3. Payroll experience required, with knowledge of timekeeping software and hardware programs and processing.
  4. Experience with UKG HRIS platform required.
