Job Title: Business Development Representative

Caring Transitions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for building relationships with senior living facilities, generating sales leads, and developing proposals for our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network and build relationships with senior living facilities, real estate agents, and other potential clients to generate new business.
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and work with management to develop proposals for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with management and team leaders to create proposals that meet the client's needs and budget, and staff availability.
  • Present proposals to potential clients, answer questions, and address any concerns they may have.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services and identify new opportunities for future business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes and share this information with management and the team.
  • Provide regular reports to management on the performance and progress of our business development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in sales and networking. Knowledge of the senior transition and estate sale industry is a plus. This role may involve traveling and working outside of regular office hours to attend networking events and meet with potential clients.
