Pool Safety Specialist: Fairbanks

We are seeking a Pool Safety Specialist to join our team at The Alaska Club in Fairbanks. As a Pool Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons in the pool area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise patrons in the pool area during open swim, lap swim, swim lessons, and water aerobics
- Support fellow team members and cooperate as a team
- Stand and move on deck and in the pool
Requirements:
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to swim freestyle/crawl stroke
- Red Cross Certification (provided by The Alaska Club)
- Weekend availability (preferred)
