Job Description

Fly Trampoline Park is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ground Crew Specialist to join our team at our Fairbanks location. As a Ground Crew Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe operation of our jump courts and other park features while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers entering the courts, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Explain jump areas and rules for each station, providing clear and concise instructions to our guests.
  • Ensure that all jumpers have a valid wristband, proper footwear, and no loose jewelry, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
  • Clear the courts of jumpers whose wristbands have expired, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Clear the courts or surrounding area when there is an injury, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our guests.
  • Ensure that all pads, nets, springs, and other safety items are installed and functioning properly, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all.
  • Monitor the tracking system, ensuring that all jumpers are following rules and regulations.
  • Alert jumpers of their expired time, providing timely reminders to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Remove expired stickers, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Assist jumpers and other guests with any questions, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Keep jump areas clean, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
  • Fluff the foam pit as needed, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Monitor, clean, organize, and restock bathrooms, cubbies, and seating areas as needed, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all.
  • Resolve guest concerns and, if needed, elevate concerns to a supervisor or manager for further action, prioritizing the satisfaction and well-being of our guests.
  • Report problems with equipment to the manager on duty, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a fully stocked backpack of first aid supplies and report any needs to the manager on duty, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our guests.
  • Attend to any and all injured visitors within your designated area, providing prompt and effective assistance.
  • Complete an incident report on any injury, loss, or other incident, ensuring that all necessary information is documented and reported.
  • Report any and all injuries to the manager on duty, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our guests.
  • Complete opening and closing duties, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform all duties, whether routine or specifically requested, in a friendly and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Promptly inform the Manager on Duty of any and all customer feedback or concerns, ensuring that all necessary information is documented and reported.
  • Promptly inform the Manager on Duty of any compliance issues or inappropriate behavior with jumpers, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our guests.
  • Other duties as assigned by management or needed by the business, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:
  • Willingness to work as a team, prioritizing collaboration and communication.
  • Ability to understand all aspects of the Fly Trampoline Park employee handbook and park rules, acting in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and guests, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours), prioritizing the safety and well-being of our guests.
