Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Site Operations Supervisor to oversee our labor force on solar farm projects. This role involves travel to various locations for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate daily operations on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
  • Supervise the use of equipment including skid steers and zero-turn mowers.
  • Facilitate vegetative maintenance during summer and landscape installation during fall and winter.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • A valid driver's license; a CDL is preferred but not required.
  • Certification to operate a skid steer.
  • Experience with landscape maintenance tools such as weed eaters.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary along with coverage for hotel accommodations and meals during work assignments. Please note that a drug test is mandatory.
