About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support our law office in Newport Beach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
  • Knowledge of California court filing procedures and e-filing systems.
  • Scheduling and calendaring deadlines, meetings, and appointments.
  • Assistance with administrative duties, including word processing and data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills for correspondence with clients and attorneys.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: $55,000-$85,000, based on experience.
