Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor, assess, and react to security alerts and notifications from the SOC.
  • Implement response strategies and utilize SOC tools to mitigate threats effectively.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance SOC processes, procedures, and service improvements.
  • Manage tasks and responsibilities assigned via the ticketing system.
  • Evaluate security alerts and initiate protective measures.
  • Oversee security systems and tools, including SIEM technologies.
  • Address client inquiries and security-related requests.
  • Engage in security monitoring and incident response as part of the SOC team.
  • Participate in technical problem-solving across various technologies.
  • Adhere to established operational processes for analyzing and advancing security incident resolutions.
  • Contribute to the development of the knowledge base and SOC alert response playbooks.
  • Refine and enhance SOC processes and operational procedures.
  • Take part in SOC working groups and collaborative efforts within the organization.
