About the Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $70,000-$90,000, based on your expertise. We also offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000 to attract skilled professionals like yourself.

Job Description:
Your key responsibilities will involve conducting thorough clinical assessments, designing individualized treatment plans, and engaging with clients to achieve positive outcomes. With a strong background in mental health, trauma, substance use, social work, and emotional/behavioral issues affecting children and families, you will be able to provide expert guidance and support. Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this position, you will require:
  • A Master's degree in a clinical field of study
  • A current license (LCMHC, LICSW, LADC, LMFT) or eligibility for rostering through the VT Board of Mental Health
  • At least 2 years of direct service experience, preferably in a pediatric setting
