About the Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $65,000-$85,000, considering your extensive experience. We also offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000 to attract skilled professionals like yourself.

Job Description:
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough clinical assessments, designing evidence-based treatment plans, and maintaining effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners. With a strong foundation in mental health, trauma, substance use, social work, and emotional/behavioral issues affecting children and families, you will be able to provide expert guidance and support. Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need to possess:
  • A Master's degree in a clinical field of study
  • A current license (LCMHC, LICSW, LADC, LMFT) or eligibility for rostering through the VT Board of Mental Health
  • At least 2 years of direct service experience, preferably in a pediatric setting
