Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals who are proficient in both Japanese and English to become part of our Global Fulfillment team. This role is based in our Phoenix, AZ office and involves supporting Coleman Research in identifying and recruiting experts for client research initiatives.

After completing comprehensive training, you will take on the responsibility of sourcing and assessing the most suitable experts for specific projects. You will utilize our extensive network of industry leaders and executives to ensure optimal project fulfillment. Your role will involve connecting experts with clients through various methods, including interviews and surveys. Additionally, you will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and foster professional relationships with senior-level professionals. This position offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills while collaborating with investment and consulting clients to facilitate better business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete all training requirements successfully.
  • Conduct thorough industry research to identify and recruit experts that align with client needs.
  • Engage with existing consultants to evaluate their suitability for specific projects.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients through transparency and trust.
  • Utilize various communication methods to connect with professionals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing projects independently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English.
  • Experience in sales, recruiting, or management is advantageous.
