Job Summary

CNE is seeking a visionary leader to oversee the strategic direction and operational success of the organization and its two subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of senior-level leadership experience with a budget of at least $2 million. The CEO will lead multiple strategic and capacity-building projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The CEO will be responsible for fostering collaboration while maintaining the distinct identities and strengths of each subsidiary. The position reports to the Board of Directors and includes direct supervision by the Board President. Five staff members will report directly to the President and CEO.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
  • Lead multiple projects and initiatives to drive growth and innovation
  • Foster collaboration and alignment across subsidiaries

  • Lead and manage a team of senior staff members
Requirements

Benefits

CNE offers a competitive salary range of $175,000 - $200,000 annually, as well as benefits including PTO, medical, dental, a 403(b) retirement plan, and short and long-term disability.
