About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at FIS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the financial services technology market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hunt and engage with client executives at the C-suite level and FIS' Enterprise Account Management team.
  • Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on FIS solutions and understand our client's process and needs.
  • Work across FIS sales and account management teams to generate leads and build pipeline.
  • Lead sales calls, analyze data, prepare presentations, develop pricing, and structure deals to help clients achieve their goals and grow the business for FIS.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of Enterprise Technology Sales experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience within the Financial Services Technology industry.
  • Experience calling on C-Suite and technology executives.
  • Effective collaboration skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $136,000.00 and $225,400.00, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
