About the Role

As a Business Expert at Apple, you will play a crucial role in helping businesses thrive by connecting them with the tools they need to succeed. You will work with business professionals and entrepreneurs to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions using Apple products and services. Your passion for business and enthusiasm for Apple will drive your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Expert, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Introducing Apple solutions, technology, and services to business customers
  • Meeting with business customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Generating new leads and building relationships with business customers
  • Working with the Business Team to prepare and present proposals to business customers
  • Informing and offering business customers the complete suite of sales support options


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of how businesses use technology and what Apple solutions can offer them
  • Comfort using the phone to interact with customers and to position business solutions
  • Ability to facilitate business experiences through in-store briefings, workshops, and events
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn
  • Demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities
  • At least one year of experience selling in the business market
  • Comfortable developing qualified leads by phone
  • Strong people and presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility with your schedule, with work hours based on business needs
