About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Security Finance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collection Activities: Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
- Insurance Verifications: Assist with insurance verifications, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Welcome Calls: Perform welcome calls to new customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Administrative Support: Act as backup to our Administrative Assistant, receiving loan payments and funding loans.
- Skip Tracking and Locate Activities: Perform skip tracking and other locate activities to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Requirements
- Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services or automotive finance environment.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Reliable Transportation: Access to a reliable automobile for use on a daily basis.
