Key Responsibilities
- Commercial and Logistical Support: Provide support to our end customers, handling complex support tasks and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Customer Request Handling: Handle customer requests from domestic and foreign customers, providing specialized advice and support.
- Order Processing: Monitor and process deadlines and extensive orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolution.
- Problem-Solving: Participate in finding solutions for emerging problems, analyzing causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Warranty and Goodwill Cases: Process warranty and goodwill cases, analyzing complaint causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Statement Preparation: Prepare statements and coordinate further steps with specialist departments.
- Invoice Creation: Create invoices for services provided.
- Price Negotiation: Engage in active price negotiation with customers within given frameworks.
- Special Tasks: Process special tasks or smaller projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Vocational Training: Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar qualification.
- Experience: Several years of experience in customer service and additional qualifications desirable.
- Language Skills: Very good knowledge of English.
- Work Style: Thorough and service-oriented way of working.
- Communication Skills: Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Determination and Flexibility: Determination, flexibility, and implementation strength.
- Willingness to Work in AOG Service: Willingness to work in AOG service desirable.
