Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with U-Haul products and services, providing solutions to their needs and concerns.
  • Use technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Answer questions and educate customers about our products and services.
  • Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
  • Install hitches and trailer wiring, and fill propane tanks.
  • Drive a forklift and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts, requiring special safety precautions. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands

The work requires some physical exertion, including long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, and positioning yourself to reach objects at varying heights.
