We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a key member of our patient registration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient registration process for our patients.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for collecting patient and insurance information, working with clinicians to complete registration, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.
